Cathodic Protection (CP) helps to control the corrosion of a metal surface, connecting the metal to be protected to a “sacrificial metal” which acts as the anode. CP services are facilitated by the use of keyhole technology to access the pipe, install and cad weld the anode connection. This method reduces the labor time, equipment time and restoration costs associated with completing CP services.

SiteWise has installed CP services on water lines ranging from 8″-36″ in diameter, as well as low-, intermediate- and high-pressure gas lines from 3/4″-36″ diameters in order to reduce leaks and prevent damage to valuable infrastructure.

Our fleet includes both large and small equipment, allowing us to tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers and their budget.

As part of our turnkey approach to providing CP services, we also offer 811 locates, right-of-way permitting, traffic coordination and restoration.
