As a full-time team member of SiteWise, you are eligible for benefits the first day of the month following 1 month of continuous employment. No waiting 90 days to cover yourself and your family with medical, dental, or voluntary vision insurance. SiteWise provides you with these benefits and pays a major portion of the premiums to make these benefits more affordable for you and your loved ones. We offer plans eligible for HSA and FSA contributions and user-friendly apps to help manage your healthcare needs, including updating dependents & beneficiaries, managing claims, and much more.

24/7 Healthcare

We are proud to offer the LiveHealth Online app as part of our benefits package, allowing you and eligible dependents access to a doctor through the app. It’s a convenient (24/7) way of meeting the addressing common ailments without the wait, and you can even obtain a prescription from a doctor. Services also include allergy evaluation and treatment, psychology, psychiatry, and can help address the needs of future moms! 

Company-Paid Life Insurance and AD&D

SiteWise believes that our team members and their families should be protected from the unforeseen and unexpected events that life throws at us. SiteWise provides all team members with basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage and SiteWise pays the premium in full. You also have the option to supplement that policy with voluntary coverage through Lincoln Financial for yourself, your spouse, and/or children for an additional rate. Paid Time Off (PTO)

At SiteWise, we believe in the balance of work and play. After 90 days of employment, you will begin accruing personal time as well as enjoying the benefit of being paid for the “Big 6” holidays. We’ll also grant you a PTO balance after completing your first 90 days, equivalent to the amount of time you would have earned during those first 90 days. As you continue to grow with us, your accrual rate increases. Additionally, we also understand the importance of enjoying time off while taking care of finances. That’s part of the reason SiteWise proudly works with you to give you up to 40 PTO hours in advance, allowing you to take that longer vacation with friends or family, or for whatever reason you need. In addition to civic duty pay, we also offer bereavement pay for those difficult times. All of our employees are encouraged to utilize counseling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) during difficult times as well. We are here to help!

401K Retirement Savings Plan
