Ben Moe

President

Ben joined the SiteWise team in 2008 and has a keen understanding of the pipeline reconstruction process. Ben has been responsible for managing many of the company’s more complex projects, and has been instrumental in building our reconstruction department. Ben’s oversight of our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations has been instrumental in growing this aspect of our business. Prior to joining SiteWise, Ben spent 14 years in the residential construction industry as a machinist. He is an active member of the Construction Committee for the American Gas Association and is a member of the Distribution Contractors Association.

Ernie Sanchez

Vice President, Operations

Ernie is celebrating his 10th year with SiteWise as an example of the mobility of talented employees within our company. Having previously worked in the HVAC industry, Ernie began with SiteWise as a Meter Technician, then became a foreman in our New Construction department. He worked as a Project Manager and then as a Supervisor and later Superintendent in our Reconstruction group before becoming General Manager. He assumed the role of Vice President of Operations in October, 2019. Ernie is a member of the Midwest Energy Association.

Gail Skogen

Controller, Finance and Accounting

Gail brings a varied financial history to SiteWise, having previously worked with companies such as Trimble, CH2M Hill (now Jacobs), Black Hills Corporation and Raytheon. In her past roles, she refined her skills with designing and reporting metrics, revenue forecasting and recognition, and has led internal teams to manage company financial systems. She has a BS in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a Certified Internal Auditor. She's been in the Denver metro area for over 17 years. 

Tim Dejarnette

Director, Safety

Tim has a demonstrated history of working in the utilities industry and brings with him to the leadership team 19 years of experience in Telecom and 20 years of experience in natural gas. Tim is skilled in Gas, Management, Contract Negotiation, Leadership, and Contract Management. Prior to joining SiteWise, Tim was a Construction Supervisor, Manager - Gas Compliance, and Director of Operations - Gas.

Tim has an associate degree in Liberal Arts and Science from Victor Valley College and Antelope Valley College in California.

Nason Spangler

Director, Training

Nason brings to SiteWise a depth of experience in Training and Safety in the construction industry. Prior to joining SiteWise, Nason has held a number of key roles over the last 10 years, including Plumber, Instructor, Corporate Health & Training Manager, and most recently as District Safety Manager.

Nason served in the United States Marine Corps (Infantry) and the Army Reserve (Medic). Nason holds many OSHA certifications and is also certified by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals as a Safety Professional and Instructional Trainer.

Nason has an associate degree in Occupational Safety and Health, a BA in General Studies with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and he is currently pursuing his MBA in Leadership.

Joe Valdez

Director, Fleet and Warehouse

Joe began with SiteWise in 2017 as our warehouse manager. Having previously been with BlackHills Energy and SourceGas, he has been a construction coordinator, a supervisor, and a division manager in these companies. An adept communicator, Joe's organizational skills and detailed, thorough understanding of construction supply chain allow him to manage the needs of both our warehouse and our extensive fleet. By combining the roles, Joe manages the materials and vehicles that help our business run efficiently.

Steve Ingersoll

Director, Continuous Improvement

In a new role to SiteWise, Steve brings his experience as a process improvement deployment leader and facilitator to the senior leadership team. Steve is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Change Leadership and Innovation and has worked internationally across several industries including technology, healthcare, education, and telecommunications. Steve is tasked with implementing a process improvement culture across SiteWise that includes a data driven approach and is focused on optimizing the SiteWise workflow, eliminating process waste, and spreading process improvement skills across the workforce.

Adam Moe

General Manager

In addition to providing oversight for Engineering Operations, Adam is the General Manager of Service Laterals and Design in the greater Denver metro area. In this capacity, he works on process improvement and operational objectives for SiteWise. Adam has varied experience in the underground utilities field over the past 15 years, including previous experience as a superintendent for DR Horton Homebuilders before beginning work as Hydroexcavation Manager with SiteWise. He has knowledge and experience in numerous areas of project engineering, including utility locating, and project design. Adam is a member of the Midwest Energy Association.

Danny Gregg

General Manager

Danny began with SiteWise over a decade ago as a gas meter technician and has since held a number of key roles in various departments. Rising through the ranks as foreman, supervisor, and superintendent, Danny is another example of SiteWise's commitment to building bench strength from within the company, and in working to help all employees succeed in various job roles. Danny is skilled in relationship building with our clients at all management levels, with extensive large and small project management experience. He is an integral part of our employee training efforts, using his hands-on skills to mentor others. He has certified as a TD Williamson Line Master trainer, and as a trainer for Canusa Thrust Bore Kits.
