Our approach to Quality Assurance (QA) allows SiteWise to assess individual and departmental performance and ensures that we deliver the level of quality and service to our customer’s satisfaction and requirements. Training, measurement and analysis form the core of our quality assurance program.

SiteWise performs random audits of both completed and ongoing job tasks to ensure the quality of work being performed for our customers. SiteWise has integrated aspects of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (2003 and 2008) and ISO 9001-2008 standards into our quality assurance program. Statistical reference principles found in these standards assist SiteWise in determining the amount and frequency of audits. The number of audits required for the crews is dependent upon the performance and audit result of individual crews.
